面向海内外公开招聘部分管理岗位的公告

西南交通大学始建于1896年,曾先后定名为“山海关北洋铁路官学堂”、“唐山交通大学”、“唐山铁道学院”等,是中国近代建校最早的高等学府之一。学校是教育部直属的国家首批“211工程”重点建设高校和“985优势学科创新平台”重点建设高校。

当前,学校正大力实施人才强校主战略、国际化战略和数字化战略,为适应建设交通特色鲜明的综合性研究型一流大学的需要,部分管理岗位现面向海内外进行公开招聘。公告如下:

一、聘岗位及职数

1.国际合作与交流处(国际教育学院)副处长(副院长)2名

2.远程与继续教育学院副院长(负责国际培训)1名

二、应聘资格

(一)国际合作与交流处(国际教育学院)副处长(副院长)

1.具有硕士及以上学位。

2.英语听、说、写能力强,有海外留学或工作经历者优先。

3.具有较好的党政管理经验。

4.具有较好的组织协调能力、沟通能力和决策能力。

5.具有良好的个人品质、职业道德、创新意识和团队精神。

6.具有良好的身体和心理素质。

7.符合学校中层管理岗位任职的相关规定。

8.45周岁以下者优先。

(二)远程与继续教育学院副院长(负责国际培训)

1.具有硕士及以上学位。

2.英语听、说、写能力强,有海外留学或工作经历者优先。

3.具有较好的党政管理经验,熟悉国际培训事务。

4.具有较好的组织协调能力、沟通能力和决策能力。

5.具有良好的个人品质、职业道德、创新意识和团队精神。

6.具有正常履行职责的身体条件。

7.符合学校中层管理岗位任职的相关规定。

8.45周岁以下者优先。

三、聘期

首聘期四年,聘期结束后,视工作业绩决定是否续聘。

四、待遇

1.提供与受聘者学术业绩、岗位职责相对应的待遇。

2.若为“国家杰出青年基金”获得者、“长江学者”、国家“千人计划”入选者等,则按照西南交通大学高层次人才引进条件提供相应待遇。

五、聘任程序

1.个人通过电子邮件报名。应聘者应提供以下材料:

(1)报名表(见附件)。

(2)身份证(护照)、学历和学位证书、专业技术职务证书、获奖成果证书、任职文件等复印件(面试时提供原件)。

(3)担任过的管理职务、主要学术兼职和社会兼职等情况的证明材料。

(4)对应聘岗位的工作设想及目标。

2.资格审核,确定面试人选。

3.进行公开答辩和考察(时间、地点另行通知)。

4.学校研究确定人选并公示。

Recruitment of Administrative Posts in Southwest Jiaotong University
(No.3, 2015)

Founded in 1896, Southwest Jiaotong University (SWJTU), formerly known as the Imperial Chinese Railway College, Tangshan Jiaotong University and Tangshan Railway Institute, is one among the earliest Chinese institutions of higher education. The University is a prestigious university in China and listed in the state-level group of the “211 Project universities” and the “985 Project Innovation Platform on Rail Transit & Transportation” under the State Government.

To fulfill the demands for developing a top-class comprehensive and research-oriented university with dominant characteristics in traffic and transportation, SWJTU now is inviting applications from domestic and overseas talents to fill administrative post vacancies of the following positions.

I. Open Positions
1. Deputy Director of International Office (Vice Dean of School of International Education) (2 positions)
2. Vice Dean of School of Distance and Continuing Education (1 position)

II. Qualifications

1. Deputy Director of International Office (Vice Dean of School of International Education):
(1) Master or higher degree.

(2) Proficient in English listening, speaking and writing; candidates with overs studies or work experiences are preferred.
(3) Abundant experience in Party and government administration.

(4) Good competence of organizing and coordinating, communicating, and decision-making.

(5) Excellent personality and professional ethic; innovation consciousness and team spirit.

(6) Good health both mentally and physically.

(7) Candidates shall meet the University’s requirements concerning the selection and appointment of mid-level administrative posts.

(8) Candidates of less than 45 years old are preferred.

2. Vice Dean of School of Distance and Continuing Education (in charge of the international training)

(1) Master or higher degree.

(2) Proficient in English listening, speaking and writing; candidates with overs studies or work experiences are preferred.
(3) Abundant experience in Party and government administration and familiar with the international training.

(4) Good competence of organizing and coordinating, communicating, and decision-making.

(5) Excellent personality and professional ethic; innovation consciousness and team spirit.

(6) Good health.

(7) Candidates shall meet the University’s requirements concerning the selection and appointment of mid-level administrative posts.

(8) Candidates of less than 45 years old are preferred.

IV. Term of Employment
The first term is 4 years. The renewal of dean position will be determined by the work performances.

V. Treatments

1. Generous remunerations in consistent with the academic achievements and positions.

2. Special treatments for high-level talent candidates (e.g., Distinguished Young Scholars of National Science Foundation, Cheung Kong Scholars, and experts on the One Thousand Talents Scheme), in accordance with the Conditions for the Recruitment of High Level Talents in SWJTU.

VI. Recruitment Procedures

1. Applications are required be sent to us by email and the application submission shall include the following materials:

(1) The registration form (See Attachment).

(2) Copy of ID or passport; copies of certificates for the diploma /academic degrees, academic and professional titles, and awards; confirmation letter of employment records. (The original version of such materials will be checked in interview).

(3) Certifying documentation of the administrative positions, major part-time academic and social services.
(4) Work plan and anticipated goals for the position applied. 

2. Qualification check and selection of candidates for interview.

3. Open defense and comprehensive competition (time and location to be informed later).

4. Selection of final candidates, and public notice of the appointment.
